Account and Data Deletion Request for FreshTrack
1. Steps to Request Deletion
If you wish to delete your FreshTrack account and associated data, please follow the steps below:
Request via Email:
Please send an email from the address associated with your FreshTrack
account to:
[email protected]
Subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
2. Data Handling and Retention Period
We value your privacy. Once your deletion request is processed, your data will be handled according to the following rules:
- Permanently Deleted Data: Your personal profile (email, name, avatar, contact information), pantry/freezer/fridge inventory records, and browsing history will be permanently removed from our active databases.
- Data Retained for Legal or Compliance Reasons:
- For financial and tax compliance, your historical transaction and payment records will be securely encrypted and retained for 1 year.
- After this period, all retained data will be completely destroyed.
3. Processing Time
After receiving your email request, we will verify your identity and typically complete the account closure and data deletion within 7 business days. Once processed, you will no longer be able to log in to FreshTrack as your account will have been removed.
